An Angel for Satan – quiet launch!
An Angel for Satan, my latest web project is near to initial launch. Born out of an existing site which ran into technical difficulties, AAfS features the latest version 2.7 of Wordpress with a template design using the marvellous Hemmingway as a starting point. Why marvellous? The css is code heaven and so easy to work with. Thanks to the tremendous functionality of Worpress 2.7 the site is very clean behind the scenes. Relying on a small band of plug-ins and some custom page templates. The pre ‘quiet’ launch road-map goes:
- Minimum content (existing plus first new posts.)
- SEO
- gallery off and running
- link building
Ewan Lauder is a highly motivated and hands on senior creative with 16 years professional experience in the design sector. He is currently based in the UK HQ of a successful IT Service Management software producer and vendor. His responsibilities as Design Manager include global branding consistency and design lead across a variety of projects. In his spare time Ewan is webmaster on a number of sites and offers advice & consultancy on non-profit projects. Ewan lives near Edinburgh, Scotland, with his cat Lottie, who offers advice on everything.
